Mark brings 25+ years of experience in healthcare technology sales and management to his role and is responsible for physician recruitment, strategy, and revenue growth.
Prior to joining Omega Healthcare, he was the Chief Commercial Officer at Iteligen, where he was responsible for growing revenue in the independent medical practice, health system, and accountable-care markets. Additionally, he has held a variety of senior sales and management positions at McKesson, GE Healthcare, ZirMed and Continuum Health.
Mark holds an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University.

Michael brings more than 25 years of experience in healthcare administration and revenue cycle management to his role. Michael’s experience includes various leadership roles at academic medical centers, community hospitals, multi-hospital health systems, consulting firms, and revenue cycle management firms.
Most recently, Michael served as the Vice President, Strategic Accounts at Parallon. During his 11-year tenure, Michael worked to develop meaningful partnerships with his client’s, serving as a trusted resource and advisor for all aspects of revenue cycle management. In addition, Michael developed several strategies that reduced manual work and allowed for focus on serving clients.
Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Binghamton University, as well as a master’s degree in public administration with a focus in health policy and management from New York University. He is Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (FHFMA), a published author, and a nationally recognized expert in patient access management and the conversion of self-pay patients to governmental programs. Michael is a recipient of numerous awards and recognition locally, regionally, and nationally.
Michael has been married to his college sweetheart for 30+ years and lives in New Jersey with his wife Rhonda and three children, Benjamin, Zachary, and Rebecca. In his free time, Michael is a volunteer EMT first responder for 15+ years, avid photographer, a trustee of the United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation in honor of his son Zachary who is fighting this horrible disease.

Chris led successful member and provider engagement initiatives at both health plans and solution vendors in the payer market. His extensive industry experience in risk adjustment and quality of care working with ACA, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage plans helps him effectively build value-based care partnerships between payers and healthcare providers centered around improving patient outcomes.
His past experience includes serving as COO of Vatica Health, along with various leadership roles with a regional Medicare Advantage health plan. He is a Certified Public Accountant, and his career began in the financial services sector with KPMG.

Heather brings more than 19 years of sales and commercial expertise in the life sciences and provider domain to Omega Healthcare. She has a rich background, including seven years in RWD and five years of experience in clinical trials, both commercial and operational. Before joining Omega, Heather was Vice President of Clinical Trials at Tempus Labs, where she led pharmaceutical commercial and operations teams overseeing all clinical trial solutions, including CRO services and RWD solutions for patient trial matching. Before Tempus Labs, Heather was at Optum Insights, working with life science companies on RWD analytics.
Heather has a bachelor’s degree in science with a focus on genetics from Judson University.

Jeff brings to Omega Healthcare over 25 years of domestic and international experience spanning five continents in highly competitive healthcare market segments, both mature and emerging. Before joining Omega, he held various healthcare sales and marketing leadership roles at Philips Healthcare, Stryker Endoscopy, and STERIS Corporation.
Jeff has a master’s degree in business administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor’s in accounting from Miami University, where he graduated with honors. His functional expertise helps Omega drive commercial synergies across sales and marketing teams, steer its solution design capability, and strategically align the marketing team.

Marykate Reese is the Senior Vice President of Influencer Marketing at Omega Healthcare, where she is responsible for managing the company’s strategic programming and relationships with industry analysts, media and advisory/consulting firms, and partners.
Prior to joining Omega Healthcare, Marykate led Oracle’s Cloud HCM Analyst Relations program, and spent the bulk of her tenure at Oracle driving GTM strategy and sales programs for cloud applications. Before Oracle, she led marketing and communications strategy for Deloitte’s Human Capital practice. She has also served as Director of Marketing, Healthcare Technology, at KPMG, and has led award-winning digital marketing and integrated communications healthcare and pharma campaigns at Burson-Marsteller.
During her earlier tenure with Deloitte, she led PR for the company’s Healthcare and Life Sciences, Technology and Human Capital Consulting practices, as well as executive visibility for the CEO of Deloitte Consulting. Prior to Deloitte, Marykate led global media and industry analyst relations for Accenture’s Health & Life Sciences and Financial Services practices and spent her early career at leading agencies, including Edelman. Marykate holds both Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication from the University of Hartford. She is an accomplished marketing and communications professional recognized with many awards and accolades, including PR Week’s Healthcare Campaign of the Year (2012 and 2009).

Priyank brings more than 20 years of experience in US healthcare provider and payer domains to Omega Healthcare. In his current role, he is charged with transforming Omega’s engagement with its clients. He works closely with all teams to expand the company’s platform and capabilities within existing logos and develop new solutions that can be taken to market.
Priyank has led operations for hospital and physician clients, delivering and exceeding expectations in all aspects of RCM functions, quality, process excellence, training, and transitions. He has also worked extensively with health plans and payers in claims adjudication, enrollment, and provider maintenance, supported by contact center and utilization management teams.

Lisa brings over 35 years of human resources experience to Omega Healthcare and has spent the last 15 leading the HR function within the healthcare industry. Before joining Omega, Lisa was Chief Administrative Officer for himagine solutions, a health information management organization, and The Outsource Group, a healthcare receivables management company. In her current role, Lisa is responsible for building and leading the human resources, compliance, payroll, redeployment, and training functions. Before joining The Outsource Group, Lisa launched and managed a successful human resources consulting practice for over 20 years, in addition to working for global organizations such as MasterCard International and Aramark.
Lisa has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Missouri and numerous certifications in the field.

Andrea Romero is a healthcare executive with 20 years of experience in HIM and RCM functions. Her health information management experience in large teaching hospitals and her revenue cycle experience in multi-hospital systems, including BJC, Jackson Health, and HMA, allow her to view the healthcare industry from multiple perspectives. Andrea served as the COO of himagine solutions for six years before Omega Healthcare’s acquisition. She now serves as the SVP of US Operations.
Andrea is a summa cum laude graduate of St. Louis University’s Health Information Management Program, and an active member of AHIMA and the Florida Health Information Management Association.

Vijayashree Natarajan has nearly 22 years of experience in the technology industry with a career built primarily in the healthcare, life sciences, banking, financial, and insurance domains. She heads the technology team at Omega, driving digital transformation for the company’s clients and accelerating the adoption of technology and automation within the organization. Vijayashree has worked with several global leaders in the IT space, including Cognizant Technology Solutions and BNY Mellon (formerly Inautix Technologies). In her previous roles, Vijayashree led the automation, analytics, and digital engineering using mobile technologies and cloud divisions, achieving significant milestones for her clients.
Vijayashree has a Bachelor of Technology degree in electronics from Madras Institute of Technology, Chennai, and an Executive Program Certification in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sloan School of Management, Cambridge. Vijayashree’s areas of expertise include defining strategic vision and digital transformation using AI technologies, thought leadership and consulting in automation and analytics, product management and engineering using Agile – Guilds, POD-based delivery, and business process re-engineering and optimization using Lean methodology. Vijayashree is passionate about technology and identifies as a people-friendly leader who loves collaborating and succeeding alongside her team.

Namit is a senior-level industry executive with over 24 years of experience in healthcare delivery at a global level, cutting across both payers and providers. He is a hands-on leader who brings an entrepreneurial zeal, having been part of the founding teams of two successful healthcare start-ups. At Omega Healthcare, Namit is responsible for digital transformation, where he focuses on enhancing the Omega Digital Platform (ODP) by utilizing cutting-edge technology to deliver superior operational/financial outcomes for its clients.

Dr. Friedenson is past president of Colorado ACEP, the co-chair of the EDPMA State Regulatory and Insurance Committee, and past chair of the ACEP Coding and Nomenclature Committee. Dr. Friedenson served as Board Member and Compliance Officer for CarePoint, P.C. from 2009 to 2014.
In his role as the CMO, Dr. Friedenson plays a vital role with the clients, helping with diagnosis and clinical documentation improvement, undertaking compliance audits, and leading policy development initiatives. He is currently an active member of ACEP’s Reimbursement and Coding Committees, where he has been integral in the development and revision of many of ACEP’s FAQs, including the new 2023 coding FAQs, and a member of the EDPMA/ACEP Task Force on Surprise Medical Billing. Dr. Friedenson has over 20 years of clinical experience at level 2, 3, and 4 trauma centers in addition to oversight of Emergency Medicine, Hospitalist, Wound Care, Neurology, Urgent Care, Telemedicine and Free-Standing ED Programs, among others.
Dr. Friedenson received his undergraduate and medical degrees from The University of Massachusetts and completed his residency training at The Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Nagapriya brings over 23 years of experience to Omega Healthcare, including 18 years in the cross-border outsourcing industry for financial and healthcare services. She has worked both in India and the US in varied roles, such as business operations and consulting, new client acquisition, and operational risk and compliance. Nagapriya has enabled significant transformations in large-scale engagements through process improvements, global skill matching, and automation and technology interventions.

Julius is one of the founding members of Omega Healthcare and has played a crucial role in the company’s growth from its early days as a startup to its current position as a global leader. Julius currently leads the operations team that spans multiple geographies, bringing a customer-centric approach and a track record of increasing revenues and reducing cycle times. His vast process knowledge in revenue cycle management enhances efficiencies, improves quality, and boosts client productivity. In over 20 years spent in the healthcare outsourcing industry, Julius has held many leadership positions at companies serving large physician and hospital groups. Today, he focuses on grooming the next generation of leaders for the company while using his experience in the domain to propel people and the business forward.
Julius is a commerce graduate with an MBA in customer relationship management.

Narayanan V has 31 years of experience in telecom, BPO operations, and global resource management, with specialized skills in WFM practices, business finance, and analytics. He has played a vital role in the growth of Omega Healthcare, particularly in Tier 2 city operations. He presently leads the function of global resource management and strategic initiatives, including hybrid business model with effective cost management.
Prior to Omega Healthcare, he held key leadership roles at Airtel and Firstsource. Narayanan holds an intermediate ICWA and MBA in finance. He also holds a Lean Six Sigma Certification.

T K Lakshman has 27 years of US healthcare RCM experience and is one of the founding members of Omega Healthcare, having played a crucial role in the company’s growth — right from its early days as a start-up to its current position of dominance. He presently leads the operations team, which is spread across multiple geographies. Lakshman has vast process knowledge and has navigated the complexities of the healthcare landscape, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centered care. He leverages his experience in revenue cycle management to consistently drive excellence and innovation. In over 20 years spent at Omega Healthcare, Lakshman has held many leadership positions, including setting up the Transition management organization which was instrumental in onboarding large-size clients with zero fatalities. Today, he focuses on grooming the next generation of leaders for the company, while using his experience in the domain to propel people and the business forward. Lakshman is an economics graduate and PCC level certified coach.
